Rule 11.1 - ID: stacked_MODA1
Applies To
Expressions that are modified above by a symbol.
Description
Expressions modified by a symbol above are indicated by stating 1) the modified above indicator, 2) the expression being modified, 3) the modified-by indicator, and then 4) the name of the modifying symbol
How this rule may change:
In the future, we may have a predefined list of symbols that can use this rule. There may be another rule added that allows transcriptions of symbols to use this rule.

Rule 11.2 - ID: stacked_MODB1
Applies To
Expressions that are modified below by a symbol.
Description
Expressions modified by a symbol below are indicated by stating 1) the modified below indicator, 2) the expression being modified, 3) the modified-by indicator, and then 4) the name of the modifying symbol
How this rule may change:
In the future, we may have a predefined list of symbols that can use this rule. There may be another rule added that allows transcriptions of symbols to use this rule.
Rule 11.3 - ID: stacked_MQCK1
Applies To
Single letter variables with a tilde or bar above or below.
Description
There is a shortcut for saying bar and tildes above and below a single letter.
Example 2 stacked_MQCK1-03
Example Image:
Rule 11.4 - ID: stacked_MQCK2
Applies To
Single letter variables with multiple tildes or bars.
Description
The shortcut applies even when there are multiple tildes or bar above or below a letter.
Rule 11.5 - ID: stacked_MNES1
Applies To
Expressions that are modified by multiple symbols above or multiple symbols below.
Description
The word "above" or "below" is repeated to indicate the number of symbols that are between the current modifying symbol and the modified expression.
How this rule may change:
This rule may be thrown out. Please comment on whether it should be kept or not.
Rule 11.6 - ID: stacked_MORD1
Applies To
Expressions that are modified by multiple occurances of a symbol.
Description
Symbols below are spoken closer to the symbol than the symbols above.

Rule 11.7 - ID: stacked_STA1
Applies To
Expressions that are modified with further expressions above or below.
Description
Stacked expressions are stated by stating 1) the expression being modified, 2) the directly below indicator followed by the expression below, if there is one, 3) the directly above indicator followed by the expression above, if there is one, and 4) the terminating indicator
Example 1 stacked_STA1-01
Example Image:
Rule 11.8 - ID: stacked_STA2
Applies To
Stacked expressions that have multiple modifying expressions above and/or multiple modifying expressions below.
Description
The directly above and directly below indicators change to indicate how far above or below it is to the expression. The modifying expressions that are closest to the modified expression are spoken first, with all the modifying expressions beneath spoken first.

Rule 11.9 - ID: stacked_DOTS1
Applies To
Adjacent digits, each of which have a dot over them.
Description
One convention to indicate repeating numerals is to place dots above the digits. For this case, instead of having the beginning and ending indicator around each digit, two indicators are place at the beginning and ending of the entire group of digits.
